We no longer use Facebook. In 2010, a murderer went on the rampage and killed a young police officer. For some unexplained reason, this individual captured the imagination of some of the demented members of society who came to look upon this individaul as some kind of folk hero. Facebook was instrumental in this pervision and thousands set up a "shrine". Meanwhile, the brave policeman who was putting his life on the line to protect the public, including the scum who took part in the mass adoration, was blinded by being shot in the face at point blank range.
Since that time, we vowed to have nothing to do with the Facebook facility. There are also concerns over privacy. Some 16 years after the introduction of the Data protection Act, the autorities are only now forcing facebook to allow users to remove all personal data from their site.
This is a shame as some social networking sites have made a meaninful contribution to aid efforts following the earthquake disaster in Japan.
A few users have reported problems when attempting Login. The issue has been with entering "@" or "." in some browsers especially Google Chrome. The bug in Flash player has been identified and fixed.
